One Way Summit 2026 to spotlight immigrant founders as H-1B registrations decline
Jul 02, 2026
📍 Philadelphia,PA,USA
The One Way Summit will return to San Francisco on Oct. 28–29, 2026, gathering more than 1,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and technology leaders for discussions on innovation, startups, and the future of immigrant-led businesses in the United States. Organized by One Way Ventures, the event will also host its first international pitch competition for immigrant-founded startups in partnership with Startup Grind.
The summit comes at a time when U.S. immigration policies and skilled-worker visa programs continue to evolve, prompting renewed conversations about the role of global talent in the country's innovation ecosystem. Organizers say the event aims to showcase the contributions immigrant entrepreneurs make to economic growth, job creation, and technological advancement.
The conference will feature prominent speakers from the venture capital and technology sectors, including founders, investors, and executives who have helped build globally recognized companies. Sessions will focus on entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, venture funding, and scaling startups in competitive markets.
A key highlight will be the inaugural startup pitch competition, where immigrant-led companies nominated through international partner organizations will present their ideas to investors and industry leaders. The event is expected to strengthen connections between founders and the broader startup ecosystem while encouraging cross-border collaboration and innovation.
