At Dyberry Fireworks Superstore, customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase Class C (1.4G) fireworks. Please note that all sale items were valid through January 1, 2019, and all fireworks purchases are final with no returns or exchanges.

In accordance with the law, children under six years old are not permitted to handle sparklers. All listed prices are FOB Honesdale, PA, and a 6% sales tax will be added to the total purchase amount. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid tax-exempt number and have the appropriate form on file with Dyberry Fireworks Inc.
