**SRUTI, The India Music and Dance Society** is a nonprofit cultural organization serving the Greater Philadelphia region. Dedicated exclusively to Indian classical music and dance, SRUTI is the only organization in the five-county area that consistently presents professional performances in these traditional art forms.

Guided by an elected Board of Directors and active committees, SRUTI works to preserve and promote the rich artistic heritage of the Indian subcontinent—one of the world’s oldest continuous civilizations. Indian classical music and dance are recognized for their depth, complexity, and refined technique, and SRUTI brings these traditions to the community through high-quality programs and events.
