With more than a decade of experience in the performing arts and creative community space, their journey is fueled by an enduring passion for music, dance, and artistic expression.

Richa’s connection with the arts began early through formal training in classical vocal music and Bharatanatyam. While she later pursued a professional path as a Japanese language expert, working as a teacher and translator, her artistic spirit remained constant. Despite a busy career, she continued to immerse herself in concerts and cultural performances, keeping her creative roots alive.

Rajashree’s artistic journey also started in childhood, performing in stage productions and tele-films while training in Bharatanatyam. She completed her Arangetram at just twelve years old, marking a significant milestone in her classical dance training. Eventually, she transitioned into the technology sector, working as a software professional in an early-stage startup, where she gained hands-on experience in building and scaling a company from the ground up.

As longtime friends who later became family, Richa Rajadhyax and Rajashree Rajadhyax reunited through their shared love for the performing arts. This rekindled passion led them to establish Meetkalakar — a platform dedicated to connecting, empowering, and celebrating artists.

Within the organization, Rajashree spearheads the development of the web portal and applications, while Richa focuses on strengthening the artist network and community relationships. Together, they blend creativity, strategy, and heartfelt dedication, building a vibrant space for artists — often brainstorming their next big idea over a simple cup of tea.
